1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ecom Team Digital's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Ecom Team Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website development, SEO optimization, social media marketing, Shopify store design, email marketing, and e-commerce marketing. The specific services provided will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals and contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables created specifically for their project. Ecom Team Digital retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ecom Team Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
